I was approached by this company in August. I was unhappy with my credit card processing company however I owned my machine. I was told that I should lease my machine because the software had changed and that I would receive free supplies for the machine.
I was not given any business cards from the sales rep and the information for leasing the machine was not clear. I did not remember signing a seperate agreement for the machine.
The monthly fee for the machine increased and I was not able to find out who to talk to. The sales rep said he would be back and leave me his contact information however he never returned. Also he took my other machine and said he would try to sell it and give me the funds. I never saw him again!!!
The supplies were free but the shipping was eleven dollars that is twice as much as buying the supplies at Sams Club.
I sold my business in August and tried to find out were to send the machine from the credit card processor only to find out they did not know who to send it to.
A month later I was contacted by the Lease Finance Group and was told not to send the machine back and the contract could not be cancelled and I owe 1700.00 dollars. I bought my last machine for 300.00 dollars. And have already paid over 600.00 dollars for this one.
I am constanstly being called by an automated system 3 to 4 times a day.
This is such a scam!!!
