Payed for something, and did not get it

I all so signed up, for this great deal, on a home computer, from financing Alternatives, all my payments came directy from my bank account, 35.99 a month what a deal that was, had only 426.82 to be left paying on it. And every time i called the phone was not talking no calles. Or out of order. Tryed to get on to web - site and could not do, i thought i was geting a deal but, i guess, it was not to be
