I ordered a computer from Blue Hippo / Financing alternatives with the agreement of the initial payment and then weekly payments being taken directly out of my checking account. After three months of making payments the computer would be shipped to me.
I made the payments for almost a year and every time I tried to get the computer sent to me there was some problem, such as a paper not signed or some piece of information they needed wasnt on file or they had not recieved the signed agreement (which I have signed three times and sent in).
After making the payments for almost a year and a half, and the balance was very close to being paid in full, Financing alternatives stopped taking the money out of my account. I have been calling the customer service nummber for months and can never get an answer or it is always busy. I send e-mails and no one responds. I go to the web site and there is no way to do anything but order.
I finally found another customer service number and called. Now they tell me they can't find any of my account information.
I have ended up with out a computer and out a lot of money!
