Homecomings financial does not document most of their transactions. For over a year I have been paying into an escrow account for home insurance and taxes. My husband sends extra money every month.
But there are no records of the extra money or any home insurance. They have given me three different companies to contact; none of them are familiar with the policy number that I was given by homecomings.
What if there had been a fire or some other tragedy. I would have been out of luck. I advise everyone to keep a close eye on the money sent to these people. And let me know if there will be a class action suite against this company.
