I made the mistake of submitting a loan application to this company. They specifically stated that a fee of $350 dollars would be charged for my FHA loan when the loan was approved and the fee was for the apraisal. I decided that i did not want to finance through this company a few days later. I advised them of this and told them I was withdrawing my application, the loan had not yet been approved. A supervisor said that they would not charge my credit card for the $350. Several days later though they charged my card. This company engages in blatant theft.
