Everytime I make a payment, via online billpay through my bank, Juniper holds the funds for 10 days before posting the payment to my account. They claim it's a "funds hold" because the money isn't available to them. I checked with my bank and they indicated that the money is transfered electronically to Juniper on the day that I request the payment and there is no restriction placed on the funds. So, I have written to Juniper twice asking for an explanation of what they are doing with my money during these 10 days between the day it's taken from my checking account and the day it posts to my credit card account. No reply, of course.
