I have made regular payments on my account. Then suddenly 1 payment was "late" by one day. They held the check from posting so they could raise my rate from 9% to 30%. Plus fees! I asked for an email to confirm the payoff and they wouldn't provide it. Wanted payment immediately.

Stay away - far far away!
