Juniper bank charged my account an $39.00 late fee for my august payment. I mailed my payment on aug. 15thand they claim they did not receive it untill aug. 21st, this seems to be a routine business practice by them for there are numerous complaints on the internet whom juniper bank has applied the same business practice to.in addition my interest rate was 5.99% and juniper bank raised it to 17.12% with out giving me notice. Would there be any attorney interested in fileing an class action suit against juniper bank for these shady business practices? This companies shady business practices must be stopped!
