The sales representative misrepresented the charges, which began a month before the equipment was delivered. Account was cancelled due to bogus charges and machine returned, unopened and unused; however, we kept being charged and debited for services never received. We have been unable to get credits issued or a refund check for the machine which was returned according to the directions we were given by staff. Certegy owes us $790 for the returned machine, plus $160 in credits for services never rendered. It has been a nightmare dealing with client services. They keep issuing case numbers, but they never resolve any issue.
