Automated dialing claiming they offer important credit card services. They refuse to provide any information about who they are. They violated DNC rules. They Said They Were Based In

This company calls with a automated system saying they are credit card services trying to give you a lower rate on your credit card. You have to press 9 to connect to a live operator. They refused to answer any questions about their address, phone or URL. They hung up when I asked simple polite questions about who they were. I believe this violates DNC rules.
