Unfairly Overcharged Overdraft on checking account IE. Fraud!

I've contacted Wachovia's customer service department several times regarding my following concern but they just repeatedly stated the banks policy of "the largest amount gets deducted first". It upset me to hear that Wachovia feels the largest amount is the most important which is not necessarily true. This is a crock of junk as Wachovia will still pay whether it is important or not so that they can charge their $35 fee. IT'S A FRAUD AND THEY KNOW IT!!!

Anyhow, my issue is Wachovia has unfairly, on multiple occasions, frauded me numerous times of $35 unnecessarily. As in my last two instances which the payments were posted on the same day, they put through the largest of the 3 charges forcing the two smaller amounts to bounce causing a domino effect and in-turn raking up (3) overdraft charges rather than one.

Interestingly enough, I was double charged on one occasion by a merchant for $1 dollar and was hit with the overdraft fee. So I got hit with a $35 over draft fee twice for being $1 over the limit twice. The $2 mistake cost me $70. I immediately called up and had to fight with them to prove them they erroneously charged my account twice. They knew they were wrong and had to refund me the $1 and the $35 overdraft. But no other times will they admit that their policy is wrong.

I think they are a fraudulent business for performing what is considered legal fraud and taking advantage of their loyal customers. Therefore, I also want to jump on the Class Action Lawsuit bandwagon.

By the way, I called back to file a complaint about a customer service representative who failed to treat me unfairly (she told me I shouldn't be spending money if I don't have it, then left me on hold for over 10 minutes before hanging up) but the representative only I'm sorry. She would not direct me to the complaint line.

I am done with this dispicable service.

I'd sure hate to even generate this thought but perhaps it's time to start banking outside the United States. Heck, everything else is being forced outside of the U.S.By corporations.
