First i wrote a check and it bounced and it became overdown but, Wachovia's policy of posting the largest to the smallest amount has resulted in $185 in overdraft charges. Had they been posted from smallest to largest, all would have been covered, except the largest one.instead, Wachovia posted the largest to the smallest, resulting in these charges! Similar class action suits against Bank of America and Wells Fargo have been settled, without a trial, for $1 billion and $24 million respectively. Clearly the banks are aware they are breaking the law, and willing to pay huge sums of money in a settlement
I have read similar complaints on this site and i have found people like this guy who have the exact same problem and wants to get enogh people to start a class action law suit (/Banks/Wachovia/wachovia-ripoff-overdraft-clas-389AW.htm used this persons)
