I was recently contacted by Peak Financial Services about an account that is NO mine. It happened to be an old auto loan that my ex-husband had before he even met me! I was threatened with a law suit and a wage garnishment. Not to mention the absolute abuse from these people! I was given the run-around on the phone and talked down to and hung up on. It made me furious! I called back and tried to ask them why they intend to shout obscenities to me and threaten me. They responded "well do something about it then!" So I decided I am. I found another website with more negative reports and I am going to contact an attorney.
