July ordered video email program and joined network marketing business opportunity, paying $359.00. Product came, it did not work. After going back and forth, I asked for a refund. The owner Bob Reina got on the phone and asked me to give them another chance, that they would send me out a Large CD (they sent me a small CD) and a new webcam.
I waited. Finally got box, but it was only webcam.
I called and emailed again and said I want a refund. Owner got back on and was cocky and threatened me that he has been to court many times and never had to refund anyone a penny.
He even went as far as saying to me that he had two FBI buddies in his office... I asked "what does that have to do with anything?"
Then I later found out he had run two other MLM's Travel Reaction and Cash Card Worldwide with many reports of SCAM and fraud!
