Consumer Trust Financial took $149 from my checking account without my consent

Why would I apply to buy anything on line when I was online applying for a payday loan? I needed the money to pay bills, I have tried to get the $149.00 debit back to my account but have been unsuccessful. I am a
disabled Vet and struggling very hard to pay my bills.
