On Thursday 8/30/07 I applied for a payday loan with Consumer Trust Financial. I specifically checked no to all the offers on the website.

Upon checking my account balance for my payroll direct deposit on Friday 8/31/07, I noticed that my account had been debited $149.00 from Consumer Trust Financial.

The draft from my account was not authorized.
