I just learned that Chase Bank made a deal with United/Continental Airlines to exclude Priority Pass members from any U.S. Lounge, if our cards were issued by a (rival) financial institution. Not nice Chase Bank! There's really no equivalent product offered by Chase (except a card with $395 annual fee), so it was just nastiness to exclude Priority Pass members, who would often fly on UA and CO because of that lounge access.
