Lowe's Financing Services - Mr. Robert Wheeler - Mr. Baker - miss rebecca bergwall - randall stewart scam scam scam they'll take your money and personal information! Every single one of them is a fake! Beware!

I was at a downpoint in my life where I am willing to take any offer. However, I was naive about scams and easily trust people. I was contacted by a Mr. Robert Wheeler who advised me he was filling in for Rebecca who was on maternity leave (my loan Rep). Congratulated me in my approval for $5000.00US and that he will be sending me my contract if I am still interested. Had me fax over my check stubs and copy of driver's license to confirm I am who I say I am... So faxed it... Like an idiot! He later called me asking me to review my contract which I never received through my email... And insisted a fax number. I was stupid enough to give him my work # which I did indeed receive his fax. He stated I would have to pay $978 for insurance to secure my loan. I should have known it was a scam when he told me to wire the money to AMY ARMSTRONG in Jamaica West Indies. I was hesitant and asked him if it was a scam. He kept assuring he would never do that and that it is legit... Yadida-dida... I was doubting the loan but I really needed the money. He Amy is the receiver in Jamaica and once the funds are received she will contact them to confirm the insurance. He also told me that I would be creditted the western union fee towards my $5k loan and that the $978 would be a security for the loan which will be applied towards my first 6 months of payment. He sounded very confident and firm. I just got paid and had enough to pay the $978 the $58.80 fee for western union. It all happened in a period of a few days. During the time prior to my receipt of contract Mr. Wheeler was so easy to get a hold of and answered the phone each time. But yet after I told him I had already sent the money and faxed over the doc.including the receipt of the western union... He never picked up the call... A few other people picked up, a man stated he had an emergency and needed to leave. I noticed they never say the name of the company when picking up. It's either how may I help you? Thank you for calling how may I help. Very unprofessional... I called about an hour later and was told by a woman that he was at the financial department. After I had left him a message about hoping this is not a scam he finally called me back and asked for the mtcn number for the wire... I thought it
was weird to provide it to him but gave it to him anyways. I was stuggling two jobs and had no time to look into the company... However, after further reviewing the contract there were miss matched info such as "If at any time during your insured period, if you wish to file claims please quote the file number that you will find on the top left hand corner of your policy." Not once was a file number nor reference number was ever provided on any of the pages. There was a page stating I was to pay 3months in advance but yet another sentence after that asked for $978 for 6months payment as collateral. It did not make sense to me... So I finally made the time to look into this company. There is no website for the company and I came across other people's notes for this scam... I checked the western union transaction and luckily it's still not too late. I called western union to request a cancellation and refund of my money... Of course they did not refund me the fee but did give me back $978 (Luckily)! I ran to my western union location right after the call to them and did indeed get my $978. I now learned to never trust any one and always look into the company before providing them my info. I don't know what's going to happen next. They already have my job info, my address, my driver's license, my bank acct... Who know's what's going to happen next..
