My complaint is the same as Brawley complaint, except the amount they are drawing from my credit card is $11.95 per month.
When you call the 800 number you are connected to someone in India (you need a interpreter). When you explain your complaint to her she says that she will transfer you to someone to take care of your problem. You are put on hold, and I sat there for 51 minutes listening to the music.
It is a scam, and I am in the process of working with my credit union to solve this mess.
