I have had the same experience as most of the other small businesses here. Only, I caught it early and am not waiting for the proverbial "expletive" to hit the fan. I looked over my contracts and realized they were changed after I signed them (allegedly).
I then did some research into Northern Leasing and found a plethora of small businesses that reported the same activity. I have already contacted an attorney and the Virginia State Police. If there are any other businesses in Virginia that have had the same experiences, contact the Virginia State Police through thier website and send an email. Mention the companies name and it will be forwarded to the agent in charge of the investigation.
Missouri just won a settlement against Northern Leasing Systems, Inc. Because of thier business practices. If we all communicate with each other and contact the proper authorities, Virginia can do the same.
ATTN: All Northern Leasing Systems Inc. Employees, first do not bother to rebut or contact me in any way through this website, I have seen the form letters and read the responses from Amy Tanguay. I am not interested in discussing this further, unless you are willing to release the fraudulent (alledgedly) contract in its entirety.
Secondly, any NLSI employees or independent sales reps wishing to give inside information regarding improper (alledgedly) business conduct, you are also encouraged to contact the Virginia State Police. Your emails through the VA State Police website will be forwarded to the proper agent (s).
