A Nightmare Company How has this company not been sued right out of business

You have to stay aggressive with the company to be released from a fraudulent contract.

After letters to five different Attorney Generals I sent a complaint to the New York BBB, with the copies of the information we were told by Radius Financial Services. The terminal was to be free if we signed with them.

After canceling our agreement with Radius they said we had signed a contract with Northern Leasing when we signed with them. Calling Northern Leasing is a complete waste of time. I think the customer service people must be trained by fighting bit bull's! I have never spoken to such rude and obnoxious people.

The New York BBB brought Northern Leasing Systems down on their knees and they had no choice but to release us from the four year contract they said we signed with them.

Stay up on this company and don't back down they have a long history of law suites for fraud.
