I logged onto Nextcard like I always do to pay me and my husbands account. It directed me to Merrick Bank, I have not recieved any letters concerning this, So I was a bit confused.
I called them on the phone and they advised me they know own the nextcard accounts. I told them I have not recieved any letter advising me of this. So now I have to write a letter requesting the letter which is a major pain.
So, then I asked if there was a website I could go onto to make a payment, there isnt none. To avoid it being late (the due date was in 5 days) I inquired to do a payment by phone, which costs me $10.
I have not recieved any statements from this Merrick Bank, as a matter of fact I recieved a statement from nextcard like I always do. I really hope this company doesnt screw us over more. Or I'll just pay the whole thing off and wont deal with them.
