For the past several days I have been receiving calls from the above number.internet research revealed the Allied Interstate Incorporated, a Subsidiary of iQor, Inc. 3000 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus OH, 43231. Their Phone number is 614-865-2947, and their Fax number is 614-865-2947.
Key People are:

President and CEO: Vikas Kapoor
Evp, US Retention Operations: Stephen Kent.
There are many alternate phone numbers.
Besides the phone numbers I found on usacomplaints.com, the information above came from: http://www.numberzoom.com/en/2532183417. There are many other instances of the same kind of calls on other websites.
It appears that attempts to stop the calls, by calling the 800-806-3342 don't work, or if they do, they just start calling again in a short time.
