Allied Interstate
Scam, Decpetive, Possibly illegal?

I have been receiving automated phone messages once a night from allied interstate stating to call them regarding a sensitive matter. Now, I know that they are a collection agency and nothing is past due. I did receive calls for someone who was not at this address or phone number earlier in 2005. THe recorded message does not state who the call is for. How do I make this stop? Isn't this some type of harassment? Isn't that illegal? Has this been happening to others?
