This company promised me a credit card packet within 7-10 days and then they said i would have 15 days to decide on whether to accept it or return it
This company said they would send me a mastercard packet in 7-10 days. They would first debit my account for the set up fee of $29.95. When I received my packet I would have 15 days to decide if I wanted to continue or not. If i sent the packet back they would not debit my account.
I never received the packet but they debited my account first on 7/15/02 for 29.95. No packet. I called on 7/19/02. They said it would be at my house within a week. On 8/02/02 they debited my account a further $59.95 and $99.95.
When i called them again and asked what was going on the person
On the phone said it would arrive soon. Still did'nt arrive.
Called them back again. I told them i just wanted it cancelled. She informed me that since it was past thirty days I would have to write a letter to the home office for a refund. Even though I had yet to receive a packet of any kind and it had been close to three months. She gave an address to a place in miami Beach
florida. She would not give me a telephone number.
On talking to the Better Business Bureau in Florida, they informed me that it was just a forwarding address. What a surprise, HaH.
At this point i have received no satisfaction whatsoever. They also tried to further debit my account with two other debits totalling $154.95 for two other services I never received any info on either. One was Hartford Auto insurance and the other was some bargain place (Ill find name at other time and add).
So I would like to hear any thing else i can do, though I am not finished yet. To me it is the principle. Iwould like to know why this crap is allowed and what else can be done. (P The supervisor of this company informed me that I wasn"t forced to give my bank account number and that she would never give her account number out. But it seems its okay for her to work for a company that seems to like to promise things they have no intention of delivering but taking their money. And of course she wouldnt give me her name)
In closing I would love to hear from this company and like to
hear what their going to do about this!!!
