Juniper Credit Card
Is charging over limit fees, because their fee ($39.00) is whats putting me over the limit!

For the last 3 months Juniper keeps charging overlimit fees, even tho I pay more than the minimum and always on lltime, but when they add their $39.00 fee its been putting me over by about $2. To $5. Dollars. This month I was under the limit but got charged again!!! I have contacted them and complained, and they give me a song and dance and refuse to reverse these unfair fees!!! Please help with any other action to take with this rip-off!
