It would seem Fairbanks Capital has been at this a long time. We lost a house to them in 2001. With us the the attorney general in the state of Florida found Employees that reported being told to not post on time payments untill they were late then adding late fees the next month. Also they were adding forced place insurance even though we already add insurance. After all of their fees added up we couldn't fight them anymore and lost the house. However there have been several class actions filed against them ordering them to change there business practices, but apparently that hasn't helped. We ended up getting about $9000.00 back out of the millions that they made from across the country. Looks like it might be time to file another one. Think I read somewhere that they settled with something like 6000 people. I would start with your states attorney general. Good luck
