Now we are getting calls from Syncom who has taken over for Triad. The agent who keeps calling, a Ms. Rivas, has IGNORED two cease and desist calls from our lawyer and she keeps calling. Right now she is going to be personally sued for violating the Fair Credit Act. Evidently Ms. Rivas and Syncom think they are above the law.
