Our scenario is that this: just because a health condition I didn’t spend my Verizon statement promptly, plus they delivered the consideration to I.D. Program, Selection Office. On 09/18 I obtained a notice from Mr. B. Brown, supervisor at ICS telling me that my Verizon consideration was switched to them. Following a day or two I named ICS and talked with Bob. He was really respectful and we set up a cost program.
The issue arose when Mr. Blake from ICS named me on 09/28/0227, shouting at me, speaking over me, having a rude perspective, managing me like I had been a felony. He explained several times that I did so not need a cost program with ICS. Additionally, he explained he may record to Verizon that I WOn't spend, and hung-up the telephone. I called back and spoke to him again, and he'd exactly the same perspective.
On my next telephone call to ICS, I talked to Ms. Noelle. She was really, very good and he or she explained that I REALLY DO HAVE A FEE PLAN PUT UP together so that as long like a create my funds and promptly, I've nothing to be worried about. This showed me that Mr. Blake had that perspective purposely! This isn't an expert conduct
ICS must fire Mr. Blake instantly, since his perspective defames the organization and its own great workers. Watch out for Mr. Blake!
