On January 17 I included another point and telephone for my child on my Verizon Acct. On Jan. 20 I obtained two telephones from FEDEX. I named Verizon to tell them they delivered me two telephones in error. A person service representative. Explained that it wasn't a large package plus they wouldn't cost me for that next telephone. And so I triggered my kids telephone. After utilizing it just three times I obtained my first statement for $278. These were getting me the Next point that I never requested. I called Verizon again. I mentioned that it had been a mistake plus they might credit my acct. Therefore after seven days, Jan 27, I determined the telephone for my child was to costly, regular costs for quarry and her telephone was $220 per month. I delivered the unopened phone and my kids telephone. I believed anything was going good till I obtained a statement for just one month for $458. I subsequently realized that they'd been getting me for that two telephones I delivered and so they never acknowledged my acct for that errors. I named Verizon along with a repetition explained it had been a payment error and he was crediting my acct for $228. The telephone I never requested or triggered expense me $136 operating costs. Well I named to pay for my statement by telephone a couple of days later and that I still owed the exact same quantity. I called a repetition again. They mentioned that the costs were correct and there could be no credit. I requested to talk to a supervisor. It got me one hour of trying to explain to ultimately get one about the telephone. I've today submitted a little states suit against Verizon Wireless. Perhaps Verizon might find the mistake of the methods and simply provide me the credit I deserve.
