Ameriquest aka amc loan has got me once again in 2003 they lost 5 of my monthly paymenst forced forcloser, i had to take 20,000 dollor loan to keep my home. My basic payament was 516 per month and escrow was 160. Now i still have same insurer same taxes but they tell me i have a shortagae in my escrow of 2,000. My escrow a has been 286.00 per month added to 560 per month for over 2 years. Now thay say in november my payment will be 1,006. Per month i have since perchurced my own flood and home insurence and they still want to escrow my account! I have called them 56 times and got 56 difrent reasons why. Plz some one help me!!
