In June of this year, I got a loan for $2600.00 through Cash Call. Like alot of people, I needed some extra money to pay off bills. However, I didn't know that the interest rate was 96% and the annual APR was 99.25%. By the time I pay it off, I will haved payed over $9,000! I have read all the other complaints on this website about Cash Call and I think we can all agree on one thing. WE ARE GETTING ROBBED! I just want to know how this company can be stopped? They prey on those of us who are down on our luck. They say that what they are doing is legal because they lend the money themselves. However, I live in Ohio and First Bank of Delaware lended me the money. So is that legal? If someone has this answer, please let me know. Also, if someone is planning a class action suit, let me know because I want to get involved.
