Ameriquest Mortage
Ameriquest, Mortage Escrow accts Ripoff Excessive charging

I did a re-fi with Ameriquest last yr. My mortage Payment went up over 380.00/ mo making my paymet way tooo high! My Escrow acct is more than 6800/ yr and I only need to have 3200./ yr for taxes and insurance. WTF??? So i just sent a fax canceling my Escrow account, im eagerly awating a responce. The RSPA only allows 2 mo. Cushion in your escrow account... What are they thinking???
TOO all who deal with these guys... Check the Hud website and know the laws... These guys are crooks!!!
