The last of April I used the automated phone pay to call in a payment.
Two day later I recieved a phone call from one of their accounts managers, asking me why I hadn't send a payment in. I informed her that I had used the the phone pay system that passed weekend and told her I would have to check with our bank to see if it had cleared. It hadn't cleared on the Tuesday in question so I called back gave her another check over the phone and told only to send one check. Two day later the first check cleared the bank. 10 days later the second check cleared.
We were not aware of the second check clearing the bank until we started recieving overdraft notices for our bank. I call Drive and ask to speak with a manager and I got switch around to different ones unit one made the mistake and told me that all of their titles were "account Managers". I then asked for a Supervisor got one and he was no better.
The only way I have been able to get a responce was I had to research and got Mr. Thomas G. Dundon CEO office; with in 15 minutes I recieved a call from a Mr. Knightingale. He told me to furnish all my phone records, bank statements to prove that I didn't make the on the date in questions 5-11. His defence was that their records was showing that I made a call to the pnone pay system on 5-11.
I have furnished all records to the fact that no calls were made to them from any of my phones. Home or cell.
No one with any authory will call me, all I get now is smart butt account managers. If no one that can make a decision can call it give me a good ideal somthing is wrong. They also told me that they would furnish me records where I call on 5-11 quest what I have don't recieved anything from them but phone calls wanting their money.
If there is anyway to stop them from doing this and for me to get what I want justice. I need to help.
