I need the information to send to Nationstar's legal department because I plan to take legal action for nationstar mortgage firing me while I was on workmans compensation leave.
I fell on the job 10/27/06. The injury was gradual and by 11/17/06 I developed a lump from the fall in my back and could not drive long distances without assistance from hand assiting my leg to the pedal of my vehical which is a stick shift. I was finally well enough to go to work on 1/2 but was fired and had to find a new job.
Ron Beck my manager at Nationstaar refused to give me information about how to contact the insurer for your company to file a workmans comp claim until I gave him a resignation notice.
Unemployment found that I was forced to resign in lieu of being discharged and that the seperation was in fact initiated by the employer. A.R.S. 23-775.2, a.A.C. R6-50135. A and R6-3-51190. B.
They're insurer the Chubb group who was also sited by the ICA for violation A.R. S 23-1061M approved my claim without payment and is forcing me to go to a hearing in November for payment of claim.
I am about to lose my home partially for being out of work from November to January and being refused payment while on workmans comp.
I need an attorney to help me pursue wrongful termination against Nationstar Mortgage.
