Recently my husband and i seperated. I knew we were late on a payment but I had no idea that he had quit paying 3 months b4 he moved out. I understand that a business is a business and if they r nice and understanding with everyone of their customers then they wouldn't be succesful.

I was a stay at home mom and had been for 3 almost 4 years. Now I am working... But do they care to hear my scenario of how my husband was the one w the knowledge of our mortgage payments and how he took off n left me and our three kids in a sink hole? It would have been a challenge for me to start at ground level when he left; but I think he wanted to bury me and he has almost succeeded.

Vanderbilt has given us problems from the start 7 years ago and unfortunately I have 7 more to go! That is unless they succeed in foreclosing.instead of looking at their customers as acct#s they need to think about the people and families in the homes... The economy is at a low, so therefore hardships are multiple at this time. Even though people like me are REALLY TRYING TO HOLD IT TOGETHER, they make it impossible to recover, carry on and succeed. If I lose my home... That will ruin my credit and the future for myself and my children will be a loss. Imagine what will happen to us after the divorce...
