Collection agent called my brother and disclosed the amount of my debt, who I owed the debt to, and said that my attorney dropped me as their client

Mr Johnson from National Action Financial Services called my brother 5 times in one night. Mr Johnson told my brother how much I owed the credit card company and said that my attorney dropped me as their client. Mr Johnson acknowledged that I had legal representation, but decided to repeatedly harrass my brother.
