A slimy guy named Jim Castro keeps calling my home looking for my brother.
He's insisting he must immediately speak to my brother, and he refuses to leave his phone number, although he keeps demanding that I give him my brother's phone number.
I've explained over and over again that my brother does not live here - and that doesn't stop this dirt bag from calling...
My brother doesn't have any debt - at all, so I know this dude is barking up the wrong tree. My brother's ex-wife did open a VISA CARD in my brother's name, and after charging up $25,000 - she defaulted on the debt. We've hired an attorney to defend my brother yet the credit card company refused to accept the fact that they were scammed. (My brother's ex-wife scammed my brother for a LOT MORE than that!)
The credit card company has sold the debt from one collection agency to another. Now - Jim Castro is on the case! This guy claims to be calling from a law firm - Beaudreau and Associates — although this company is simply a glorified debt collection agency.
I blew my stack at JIM CASTRO, a first class SOB, as he called, and demanded information from me, while refusing to provide me with any information - he wouldn't even give me a return phone number, to pass along the message to my brother.
Then - he had his associate call back within 45 minutes, and the second collector claimed he knew nothing of the first call. When John couldn't get any info from me, Jim Castro mysteriously appeared on the phone line, and started 'demanding' I provide him with my brother's contact information.
Who the hell are these dirt bags to demand anything from me? Particularly when I know for a fact that they are calling about a debt my brother has "NOTHING" to do with!
There scummy demanding tactics won't work with me - as I know for a fact, they don't have a pot to pee in, or a window to throw it out of!
Don't fall VICTIM to these outrageous SCUM BAGS! They are truly SCUM OF THE EARTH, and they don't give a rat's behind as to who they harass in the process!
