My brother was sent a letter from the so-called "First National Credit" offering a 15,000 Gold Credit Card with 0% interest for 12 months. At the time it all sounded like a good offer. Given that my brother needed the credit line, he sent the $43.00 for rush delivery. It has been a month since and we have yet to see a Gold Card in the mail. My brother is now left with no credit line and $43.00 dollars lost.
