Ok, I get a call on my cell phone about a $23.30 bill from PNC! I asked the lady (Carol) to not call me on my cellphone and that if she gave me a #, I would call her back! She was such a b*ch! She refused to let me dispute this and when I asked for her supervisor (NATHANAIEL) he was just as rude and gnorant.
I am trying to purchase a house and i was threatened with negative credit update on my file so I just paid them! Again the bill was for 23.30 and they charged 5.95 for the check by phone fee. Can someone please tell me how i can get them back and get my money back!
