When First Capital Consumers called me it was 3am and I was told that I was approved for a credit card both mastercard and visa. Upon this request First Capital Consumers gave me an option to pay either $199.00 or $219.00 the difference was that $199.00 was a regular credit card and the $219.00 was the gold card so with alot of questions that I asked him and told him that I would be interested in the $219.00 plan. I did however asked him sereval qustionswhich included if it was a debit card he assured me that it's not. I was also told that I had on the visa of a 2500 credit limit and mastercard of $2000.00
They took the money out on July 15 and I reaceiced the packet on August 26. After I called them up when I received it asked them about the visa card they said I had to apply for that seperately. Then I asked them about the money I have sent and what they told me about the cards, she informed me that the money I sent of $219.00 was for the packet. If I knew that I wouldn't of got the plan that they told me over the phone. Please help me I tried to ask for a refund and she said I couldn't do that. I was scammed of my money which could of been used for something else. And they lied about the all plan to me.
I have called them several times and each time I got different information about this plan. I have spoken to them about the timing and they assured me it would take 10 to 14 days after they received my money. Which I didn't received and when I did I wanted to cancel but was told I couldn't do that. And they were very mean on the phone which made it worse. All these things that they informed me about the credit card was all a lie.
