In checking by bill after making a minimum payment of $165.00. I noticed that my account was "over the limit". I continued checking only to discover that even though I make my payment of a little over the minimum payment that there have been consistent charges each month of "Purchase Finance Charges", "Cash finance charges" and "Over the limit fees".in addition to the minimum monthly charges for the past three months of between $150.00-$165.00 I have been charged over $440.16 in these additional fees which constantly throws me into "over the limit" category. WAMU is raping consumers. I guess everyone out there should check to see what WAMU is doing to their accounts. I absolutely hate this company. I have requested that they reduce my interest rate to no avail. The company I transferred my money from over to WAMU has lowered by interest rate to 8%. WAMU stinks.
