Ms brandi pardo lied to the attorney generals office she said everthing but the truth her phone number is 800-753-6529 ext 3888. Being retired military i would like to advise on military personnel if you see any credit card with the words hsbc stay away from this company the charge high interest rates as high as 30.490 percent they look into your credit report ever month looking for reasons to raise there interest rates they also. Charge all kind off fees this is a very very bad company and i want to make sure all of my military brothers and sisters to stay away from this credit card company remember hsbc, orchard bank, benificial, household bank, amerquest these are all hsbc companies and need to be avoided.
In addition there employes threaten you when you don t make your payment on time. Also, they call you 7 to 8 times a day. We need to work together and shut this company down please help
