This is by farr the worst bank to get a card from. I closed my account with them after a year due to the annual fee. Two months after I closed the account I start getting a bill form them for the annual, I call them again and they reassure me it was a mistake and it will be taken care of. Two month later my bill doubles so I call them again to find out that my account has been sent to collection. UNREAL now my credit score dropped 100 points and HSBC Shit Bank assured they will take care of it. Do not ever get a card with them..
