Orchard bank claims they give cards to people who have had some credit problems. When i first got this card i had some credit problems, But since i have had this account for a year my credit has improved greatly, I have a walmart card, a sutherlands card, a lowes card, a dillards card Etc. I pay all of my bills on time. My interest rate was9.9% I just recieved a letter from orchard bank/Hsbc credit services they are jacking my interest rate to 27.99% there is no reason for them to jack my interest rate! I have never been a day late on my payments, I never had a over the limit fee or any fee for any reason!
This company is trying to rip off good customers, I am going to let my voice be heard to anyone that will listen to never get a credit card through this company. I am going to pay off this card and will never
deal with orchard bank or Hsbc credit services. If anybody reads this please believe every word i am an honest person and just want to save others
consumers some grief! Please don't deal with this company!!
