Orchard Bank offered me a card for $59 and low interest rates. They charged me $59 and $99 for next year 3 months after I had card, which put me overlimit and fees added, now the Interest is 29%. I've barely used this card and now I am $200 overlimit every month. I am disabled and cannot pay this off, but the charges keep going on even after I 've closed the account. I now have harassing calls every month because this card is overlimit. This card is a genuine ripoff. There should a Law.
