Capital First Benefits
Ripoff consumer fraud

I answered a phone call and did not want it. They said it was a credit card. They said the initial charge would be $29.95 which they took out of my account. Even though I told them why would I want this one that cost me money when I could get one free of charge and said I could not afford it and the guy just kept going on and on and on but I expected only $29.95 taken out of
my account.

The $29.95 came out of my account and several days later they took $59.95 and $99.95 out. I did not authorize this and called them back right away. I talked to a supervisor who told me what to do so on August 8 I did what they told me to do. I was to send a copy of my bank statement to them showing that they had taken that money out of my account.

I was supposed to go to the Post Office and send the bank statement, get a receipt and go and fax the receipt. I did. I have been calling Capital First Benefits almost every day and now they tell me that they have not received my fax. So the girl told me today to fax the receipt again. I did. I told them today I thought they were just putting me off... Here it is the 23rd of August and it doesn't take that long. I am so disgusted with this company..

I have the receipts and the card that someone signed at the company to show me they had gotten my bank statements. Please. I need this money back. It is $189.95. I told the guy over the phone that I could not afford this but it didn't seem to make a difference. This is fraud. Hands down! Account. Account..
