Ameritrust Financial called me on 7-6 asked me if I wanted to clear up credit. Asked for information (Bank) Asked it they could make a debit to my account to get application started on the 8th of July. My response was "Negaive!!!" Meaning no! Heard nothing since then.
Until Friday July 13th when I noticed a $200 deduction from my account. I called them and went to voice mail from Customer Service. Never anyone to talk to.
Then today, 16 july And spoke to General Mgr. Ask him for my money back. He stated that he had a recording of the phone call, which he decided to play for me and I heard myself say "Negative to their request to deduct funds from my account on the 8th of July. The Funds were deducted on the 9th of July. Asked what I paid for? No Answer. Asked for my money back - was told that I gave permission to have money deducted. Went to bank and channged my account. Still they have not heard the last from me.
