Com Continues to charge monthly fee after mulitple attempts to cancel account

I signed up to get a credit report from another company and I am now getting charged $1.00 per month from Savingsmart. I have made multiple attempts to contact them through their phone number and their email address to have the account cancelled. There is no one at the phone number to physically speak to, but there is a choice to be able to cancel your account which I have done. The phone number also gives you the website to be able to cancel your account as well. I tried this and the contact page every time I try to send the email says there is a problem with this email it could not be sent.

This company continues to debit money out of my account each month and does not allow me to cancel my account with them.
