They are deducting $1.00 a month from my checking account but I cancelled

I signed up with this company offering me a free credit report and they said I can cancel at any time. So I cancelled. They are still charging my checking account $1.00 a month it has been since August.

Every time I try to cancel by phone I hit the right button but it still will not stop deducting money from my account.
